This is a blend of classic Champagne varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. The wine has a beautiful, delicate pink colour with an abundance of red berry fruit aromas. Aged on the lees, it has amazing elegance and flavours of of strawberries, cream and the merest suggestion of toasted notes on the palate. It is refreshing and classy, with balanced, discreet acidity.
