Pale gold in colour with an abundance of fine bubbles, the wine has baked apple, creamy nougat and brioche on the nose, supported by hints of toast and fresh red fruit. With notes of soft lemon sherbet on the palate, it has beautiful roundness of texture and a lovely finish.
