Ohiti means ‘place of the crossing’ and is where Tamatea and his people crossed the Ngaruroro River. Using grapes from vines grown in the shingle flats of the Ohiti estate, has fashioned a wine which is muscular and dark with alluring flavours. Aged in French and American oak barrels.
