If you are a fan of big Italian reds, look no further. This is Nebbiolo with a dash of Arneis; rich and complex with layer upon layer of ripe raisin, blackberry and cassis flavours. It has a maturity that makes it very enjoyable now. Perfect with rich meat dishes. ‘Sudisfa’ means ‘satisfied’ in the Piedmontese dialect - which is what Giovanni Negro said when he decided on the final blend for the first vintage of this wine, back in 1996.
