This is extremely appetising already, with orange, honey and some savoury herbal notes to begin with; opening to reveal spicy resinous and floral scents, and classic maturing beeswax character. In the mouth, it’s dry yet full-textured, and shows greengage, honey, orange and apricot flavours, before finishing with Champagne-like green apple character. Very long on the palate, but it’s not yet giving all it has - this deserves keeping a bit to show its full potential.
