This is a great, intense Riesling Grand Cru with excellent ageing potential, from Alsace’s most renowned producer of wines from this noble grape. Don’t be fooled by its apparently easygoing first impression - this is from an outstanding, superbly-situated Grand Cru site, and has serious concention and the capacity to keep for many years. With time, its youthful honeysuckle and peach aromas will give way to deeper, richer beeswax, black truffle, honey and crushed rock character, while maintaining superb freshness and vibrancy.
