With cherry and red berry aromas, this is a silky-textured Pinot Noir that has excellent freshness, structure and beautiful balance. On the palate it shows appealing up-front raspberry and cherry fruit, but that’s not all there is to it - the flavours progress to reveal complex hints of cigarbox and freshly-ground espresso. This is the Knipser family’s ‘Estate’ Pinot, composed from their vineyards around the village of Laumersheim.
