Please don’t be intimidated by the Germanic name or the bottle shape - this is bona fide Pinot Noir that could easily come from Burgundy’s Côte de Beaune. Beautiful purity and freshness on the nose, with juicy cranberry, strawberry and redcurrant fruit, leading to more complex earthy, gamey, new leather nuances. Lovely elegance in the mouth: balanced and silky with a long finish.
