The palate is fresh and vibrant with high natural acidity balanced by weight, texture and a long persistent finish. Taking its name from the fluted basalt boulders that solemnly surround the volcanic hilltop vineyards, ‘Gravestone’ is a blend of the very finest Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon harvested each vintage.
