Manna is named after Franz Haas’ wife and through happy coincidence is synonymous with the Biblical word for “bread of heaven”. This flagship wine is a blend of different grape varieties designed to age and pair well with food. Golden yellow in the glass, with a complex and layered bouquet recalling notes of elderflower, pistachios and rose petals. Soft and elegant, the palate is concentrated, with a steely character, and a hint of herbs and passion fruit. It has considerable potential to age, due to the Riesling and Kerner, and will develop layers of honeyed, nutty complexity Gift notes can also be included at no charge, please leave your gift message in the ’notes’ box.
