XLC refers to ’extended lees contact,’ which brings about a wonderfully deep, supple, rounded texture and complex flavours, making this beautifully drinkable, despite being bone dry. It has incredible aromas of lime and white grapefruit, and a distinctive toasty complexity. Crafted from fruit grown in the Evergreen Vineyard in the cool-climate Ancient Lakes AVA, which has developed a reputation for exceptional quality white wines.
