Here, there is signature chalky clay and sandstone soils. The wine has an intense nose of lime and white blossom. The palate has a crisp mineral note with lime, white peach and floral flavours. Perfectly balanced with a fresh acidity and an exceptionally long finish. Perfect for pairing with smoked or grilled fish, salads and thai green curry.
